Comper Center, established in 2007 by Prof. Arie Kochavi, is an academic center that specializes in the study of new anti-Semitism. The Center is active in creation, education, sharing and integration of knowledge dealing with these phenomena, while contributing to the improvement of public relations and public diplomacy of Israel.
The Elizabeth and Tony Comper Interdisciplinary Center focuses and promotes its goals in four areas of activity:
- Encouraging the writing of theses and applied academic research among postgraduate students and researchers.
- Promoting teaching, developing practical tools and training workshops for students and other bodies.
- Conducting conferences, seminars and workshops for researchers in the Center's fields of interest.
- Cooperation with institutesin Israel and abroad in order to improve the strategies for coping with the phenomena of anti-Semitism and racism.
