He holds a Ph.D. in History from Tel Aviv University, where he wrote his dissertation on the attitudes of the Chilean Right toward Jews under the supervision of Professor Raanan Rein. He is the author of Antisemitism and Philosemitism in Latin America, 1891\u20131991 (Routledge, forthcoming 2027), Allende, Pinochet, and the Jews (Routledge, 2026), and Attitudes of the Chilean Right Toward Jews (Brill, 2022), as well as two dozen scholarly articles.
