Dr. Stephanie Courouble-Share is a historian specializing in contemporary history and a fellow at the Elizabeth and Tony Comper Center for the Study of Antisemitism and Racism. Her research focuses on Holocaust denial and distortion, antisemitism, and antizionism, analyzing how denialist rhetoric evolves and is instrumentalized in contemporary discourse. It examines the misuse of Holocaust analogies and the convergence of antisemitic narratives across political extremes. These studies provide insight into the persistence and adaptation of Holocaust distortion in shaping public and political discourse.<\/p>

Dr. St\u00e9phanie Courouble-Share received her Ph.D. in History from Denis Diderot University (Paris, France) under the supervision of Professor Pierre Vidal-Naquet. Her dissertation<\/a> provided a comparative analysis of Holocaust denial across political spectrums and its presence in media, courts, politics, and the internet. She completed postdoctoral research at the Institut d\u2019Histoire du Temps Pr\u00e9sent (CNRS, Paris) and later at The Stephen Roth Institute for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism and Racism (Tel Aviv University).<\/p>

Dr. Courouble-Share has taught in secondary schools in the Paris region and served as a lecturer in contemporary history at Denis Diderot University (France). For the past 15 years, she has regularly led seminars on Holocaust denial for French-speaking educators at the International School for Holocaust Studies at Yad Vashem (Jerusalem). She is also working on a graphic novel about Holocaust denial and distortion, expanding her educational outreach (Dunod, France, 2027) and a book in English on the same topic (Routledge, UK, 2027).<\/p>

She collaborates with international organizations such as UNESCO and the World Jewish Congress (WJC), providing expertise in combating antisemitism, Holocaust denial, and distortion. Since 2020, she has been affiliated with the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism & Policy (ISGAP) in New York, USA, and since 2024, with the London Centre for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism, UK.<\/p>
