Oren T. Dvoskin-AvidovOren T. Dvoskin-Avidov is the Project Manager for Artificial Intelligence and Antisemitism at the Elizabeth and Tony Comper Interdisciplinary Center for the Study of Antisemitism and Racism at the University of Haifa, leading a pioneering initiative that harnesses machine-learning tools to identify, classify, and counter antisemitic narratives across the digital sphere.

Oren brings over two decades of technological experience, with senior roles in cybersecurity, product strategy, and global marketing. Earlier in his career, he served in the Israeli Air Force’s R&D unit and became one of the first hearing-impaired officers in the Israeli Defense Forces. He also serves on the boards of Kibbutz Snir and Bekol, reflecting his dedication to inclusion of hearing-impaired individuals and to helping rehabilitate Israel’s north following the war.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, and raised with a “Masorati” (Conservative) Jewish upbringing, Oren is currently a graduate student in the Ruderman Program for American Jewish Studies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (Reichman University) and an MBA from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
