Joe Yin is a certified pastor at Cedar Park Christian Church (Assembly of God) in Kenmore, Washington, in the US, and is a senior project management professional at Avenue-In Consulting and Tarva, LLC. He has an MA in Israel Studies from the University of Haifa and is preparing for a PhD at the University of Haifa, focusing on study of antisemitism at the United Nations and associated organizations.

Born and raised in Beijing, China, Joe graduated from Tsinghua University with a BA degree in English Literature. He emigrated to the United States and obtained three master’s degrees at Butler University (MBA), Seattle Pacific University (Information Systems) and University of Washington (Technical Communication). Joe brings over 30+ years of industry experience based on data analysis and stakeholder management. Joe’s passion is to use the learnings about Israel to combat the antisemitism driven by fake news enterprises all around the world. He currently resides in Seattle, Washington State with his family.
