This event is the second in a series of international colloquia. The seminar aims to examine recent changes in Europe’s and Israel’s civil society and the effects of multiculturalism on various social groups – especially Muslim and Jewish communities. The seminar will also deal with the topic of Israel’s image and standing in the European arena. The core group of organizers includes prominent scholars and heads of research centers from Europe and Israel. Each center, in turn, hosts a seminar dealing with multiculturalism and civil society in their particular country. Here is the list of centers participating in the project:
